Yakiniku Romanpop
We want you to enjoy delicious yakiniku in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Our goal is to be a place where everyone can gather, unwind, and share a great time over grilled meat.
Of course, we care about the quality of our meat — that’s a given.
But
we also pay attention to the little details:
carefully selected seasonings,
thoughtfully prepared marinades, additive-free sauces, and a rich beef
bone soup simmered for hours.
It may seem like small things, but every member of our team puts their heart into making your experience special.
We’d love to welcome you soon.
About us
At Yakiniku Roman Pop, it’s not just about eating.
it’s about experiencing
Japanese food culture.
Yakiniku is more than grilled meat.
It’s about gathering around the
table, sharing stories, and enjoying the moment together.
In Japan,
even the smallest details — from how we say “Itadakimasu” before a meal
to how we set the table — reflect respect, gratitude, and connection.
Here in Kyoto, we invite you to discover the spirit of Japanese dining through yakiniku — relaxed, welcoming, and meant to be shared.
Cooking Class
During lunchtime, we host a Japanese cooking class where you can learn, cook,
and enjoy traditional flavors in a relaxed and friendly setting.
Discover
the techniques, culture, and stories behind Japanese cuisine
— and enjoy
the dishes you create.
